Processing and Delivery Times:
- Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Transit Time (all destinations): 8 to 15 days, Monday to Saturday.
- Total Delivery Time (all destinations): 9 to 17 days, business day

Orders are shipped from our international warehouse. For US customers, no additional customs fees are charged in most cases. If any duties apply, you will be notified by the carrier before delivery.
We work with international warehouses located across multiple regions. Our products are manufactured in Asia and distributed from fulfillment centers closest to your location for faster delivery.
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order on our website at https://thehorologista.com.

Change of Delivery Address:
Once an order is in transit, we are no longer able to change the destination address. If an address change is required, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@thehorologista.com.
Cancellation Policy and Address Errors:
Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been prepared for shipment. We recommend submitting your request within 24 hours of purchase. Once the item has been shipped, please refer to our return policy for any refund requests.
We encourage you to carefully check your address before finalizing your order. Any address correction will only be possible if the order is still being processed.
The Horologista will not be held responsible for orders returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Packages Damaged in Transit:
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we advise you to refuse the delivery and immediately inform our customer service.
If the package was delivered in your absence, please contact us at contact@thehorologista.com with photos of the product and its packaging.
