We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom (free standard shipping)
  • Ireland (free standard shipping)

If your country is not available at checkout, we do not ship there at this time.


Order processing time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Processing time: 1-2 business days

 

Delivery time (after dispatch)

Delivery time depends on the destination country:

  • United Kingdom: 8–15 days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Ireland: 8–15 days (Monday to Saturday)

Estimated total delivery time (processing + transit): 9–17 business days.

These are estimated timeframes and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping is included for all orders to the United Kingdom and Ireland.

 

Warehouses, manufacturing, and customs fees

We work with international warehouses across multiple regions. Our products are manufactured in Asia and shipped from the fulfillment center that can deliver to you most efficiently.

Customs / import fees: We do not charge additional customs fees to customers for shipments to the countries listed above. 

 

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address, contact us at contact@thehorologista.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address.

 

Cancellation Policy and Address Errors

You may cancel your order before it has been prepared for shipment.

We recommend sending your cancellation request within 24 hours of purchase.

If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund/Return policy.

 

Address errors

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order.

If the address is incorrect and the order has already been dispatched, delivery may fail. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

 

Packages Damaged in Transit:

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery (when possible) and contacting us immediately.

If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact us at contact@thehorologista.com and include photos of :

  • the parcel / packaging and
  • the product
